All appeals filed by the prosecutor against the Defendants are dismissed.
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal that the court below rendered to the Defendants is too unfasible and unfair.
2. There is no significant change in circumstances to consider the sentencing of the Defendants after the judgment of the court below.
In light of all the circumstances asserted by the prosecutor on the grounds of appeal, the lower court’s sentence cannot be deemed as unjustifiable, even if it is deemed unreasonable in light of the aforementioned circumstances.
We do not accept the prosecutor's improper argument of sentencing.
3. According to the conclusion, all appeals filed by the prosecutor against the Defendants under Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
