1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From February 1, 2016, 22,00,000 won and the above.
On April 1, 201, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the separate sheet without a deposit to the Defendant at KRW 1,100,000 per month of rent, and thereafter the lease was explicitly renewed thereafter; the Defendant agreed to deliver the building to the Plaintiff by December 31, 2015; the Defendant was in arrears until January 30, 2016; and the Defendant was in possession of the building up to KRW 22 million until December 31, 2015 (or there is no dispute). Accordingly, as the lease contract was lawfully terminated on December 31, 2015, the Defendant was obligated to deliver the building to the Plaintiff and pay the amount of money calculated at the rate of KRW 22 million per overdue rent and rent as unjust enrichment from February 1, 2016 to February 1, 2016.
The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
