A, B, and C of this case.

A. On May 27, 1974, J, K, M, N, D, and Plaintiff L (hereinafter “defendants”) were indicted on the charge of violating the Presidential Emergency Decree, violating the Public Law Act, violating the National Security Act, and violating the National Security Act, and committing crimes such as insurrection and conspiracy of insurrection, which were established by the Presidential Emergency Decree, under the name of a crime such as violation of the Presidential Emergency Decree, violation of the Emergency Decree, violation of the Act, violation of the National Security Act, and violation of the Presidential Emergency Decree, and violation of the Presidential Emergency Decree of Korea. The O was subject to the suspension of indictment for the above suspicion around that time.

B. On July 11, 1974, the Emergency General Military Conference convicted the Defendants of all charges charged, and sentenced both J and K to death penalty, each of the instant death penalty for the Plaintiff L and M and N, and 20 years imprisonment for D and 15 years for suspension of qualifications.

On September 7, 1974, the appellate court dismissed each appeal filed by J, K, Plaintiff L, M, and D on the other hand, sentenced N to imprisonment with prison labor for 20 years and suspension of qualifications for 15 years. The above judgment was finalized by dismissal of the Defendants’ appeal on April 8, 1975.

On April 9, 1975, the day following the day when the above sentence becomes final and conclusive, J, and K died of death of the Defendants, and the Plaintiff L, M, N, and D, who were sentenced to imprisonment for life and imprisonment for a limited term, are confined to the final and conclusive sentence, and N, D, who was sentenced to imprisonment for a limited term, was released by the suspension of execution of each sentence on December 24, 1982.
