2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

From March 6, 2015, the instant health care provider entrusted the instant health care provider D with the instant health care provider, and entered into a comprehensive transfer and takeover agreement between Co., Ltd. on August 31, 2015 to receive KRW 35 million and to transfer the instant health care provider again, and then delivered the instant health care provider to the said company on September 7, 2015.

D The management expenses of KRW 600,00 on March 2, 2015, and KRW 3,000 on March 13, 2015, respectively, were paid to each of the management expenses of KRW 741,780 on April 1, 2015, KRW 16,400 on April 16, 2015, KRW 16,400 on April 16, 2015, KRW 200 on April 28, 2015, KRW 1,908,200 on April 28, 2015, and KRW 2,000,000 on May 15, 2015, KRW 1,366,120 on June 1, 2015, and KRW 1,200 on June 1, 2015.
