1. The defendant is based on the sale on July 19, 197 as to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.
1. On July 19, 1997, the Plaintiff sold the motor vehicle indicated in the attached list to the Defendant at the price of 2.3 million won. Around that time, the Plaintiff delivered the motor vehicle to the Defendant and delivered the documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said motor vehicle.
However, the defendant did not accept the transfer registration of ownership on the above motor vehicle until now.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure for the above automobile from the plaintiff on July 19, 1997.
