A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around September 22, 2017, the Defendant: (b) had the customer who was in the restaurant run in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D (Inn, 53 years of age) located in the first floor of the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Goyang-si; and (c) had the victim, who was under the influence of alcohol, talked with a large amount of hydrogen under the influence of alcohol; and (d) had the victim, who prevented him, talked in the restaurant, “I am fri, bit of bitch, bit of bitch, bit of bitch, and son of the same year.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
2. 4. On April 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was arrested as a current offender by G, assistant H, assistant I, police officer J, or patrolman, who was called out, after receiving a report from 112 that the proprietor was in a restaurant as described in paragraph (1) of the same Article, at around 20:40 on April 22, 2017.
The defendant is under the influence of alcohol at the Mountainous-dong Police Station of the Dongsan-gu, Busan-si, Gyeonggi-do, at around 20:50 on the same day.
