The reasoning of the court of first instance’s explanation concerning the instant case is as stated in the reasoning of the first instance judgment, except for adding subparagraph 7 as evidence for basic facts, as stated in the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, on the following grounds: (a) the prosecutor and D appealed appealed from the Daegu District Court No. 2014No4648, May 20, 201; and (b) the same applies to the part of the first instance judgment, except for adding subparagraph 7 as evidence for basic facts.
