The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of any statement in the document submitted after the lapse of the period for submitting the grounds of appeal).
Based on the grounds of the appeal of this case, the court below found the Defendants guilty of all the facts charged of this case. The court below erred by finding facts based on illegally collected evidence, failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, by misapprehending the law of logic and experience, by misapprehending the right to assistance of counsel, by violating the law of logic and experience, by violating the prosecution procedure, by misapprehending the legal principles as to mistake in the facts charged, by failing to specify the facts charged, or by violating Article 12 of the Constitution.
However, even if we look at the argument in accordance with the relevant legal principles and evidence, there is no such error in the judgment of the court below.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
