However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Around August 16, 2013, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 7005,” posted a text of “sale of observer G protocol phone” on the Internet Nene bulletin board in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and made a false statement to the victim E, who reported the fact that “if deposits KRW 250,000 won, they will deliver the cell phone.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the mobile phone according to the promise.

As above, the Defendant deceptioned the victim and received 2,50,000 won from the national bank account in the name of F for the same day from the victim as the price for goods on the same day, and acquired 2,163,000 won in total from the victims over 18 times from around that time to August 24, 2014.

Around September 9, 2014, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “1,50,000 won is to be sent on a cell phone to the victim H who has reported and contacted the letter,” around September 9, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement that “1,50,000 won is to be deposited.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to deliver a mobile phone.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 150,000 won from the victim to the new bank account (I) in the name of the Defendant for the same day as the price for goods on the same day, and received a total of 90,000 won from around the above time to the 18th day of the same month, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

The defendant of "2014 Highest 7577" borrowed smartphones from the J of the victims of friendship with his/her intention to fastening his/her smartphones and raised awareness to buy cyber money, etc. in the future.

On August 29, 2014, at around 03:00, the Defendant connected smartphones “T-Srore” with “T-Srore” with the victim’s 6th floor 124, Nam-gu, Incheon.
