1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for payment of KRW 395,098,200 and the period from August 21, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(The next day of service of a duplicate of the complaint: August 21, 2015). 2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Regulations are dismissed.
