In the previous Jeju District Court Kim Jong-si Court case 201j299, the above court ordered payment on June 22, 2011, and the above payment order was finalized on July 12, 2011.

However, a loan claim under the above payment order has become extinct due to the Plaintiff’s deposit of KRW 340,00 on December 14, 2008, KRW 1,000,000 on December 15, 208, and KRW 660,000 on December 16, 2008 into the account of the Defendant or a person designated by the Defendant, and all of them have become extinct due to the repayment. Therefore, compulsory execution based on the above payment order should be denied.
