On August 19, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court due to occupational breach of trust, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on May 17, 2012.

[2012 Highest 5947] From the beginning of June 2012 to the end of August 2012, 2012, the Defendant was living together with D on the premise of marriage.

1. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00 on July 12, 2012, the Defendant stolen: (b) at the first floor of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul, the Defendant collected one copy of the Agricultural Cooperative Cash Card in F’s name; (c) entered the “1,000,000,000 won” and “G’s password” in cash, and subsequently stolen KRW 6,450,000,000 owned by the victim on seven occasions in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. Fraud and the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around June 20, 2012, at the IS Sth’s IS located in Sinh, the Defendant received property from the victims by way of settling the sum of KRW 5,089,074 by presenting the said card 29 times in total, such as: (b) taking off one copy of D’s new bank physical card from D at the ISS located in Sinh at Sinh, and paying the victim’s nameless employees with the said physical card as if he had the legitimate authority to do so; and (c) taking over 2,700 won by presenting the said card to the victim’s nameless employees; and (d) taking over the said card, and using the stolen credit card.

3. Around July 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) concluded that the victim D was “in need of Not North Korea on the company day”; and (b) used the victim’s 1,000,000 Samsung Labort North Korea unit at the market price owned by the victim.”

On August 11, 2012, while the Defendant kept the above Nompt North Korea on behalf of the victim, the Defendant refused to return the said Nompt and embezzled even though he received a request from the victim for return of the said Nompt.
