Punishment of the crime
On September 10, 2013, the Defendant, at around 00:12, driven a vehicle of 200 hurpurged, under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.108%, of the blood alcohol concentration, from around the 2 tunnel in the same Dong-gu, Busan, a hot spring dong-gu to the front of the 2 tunnel in the same Dong-dong.
