A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

1. On July 13, 2011, Defendant A was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusion and larceny, or violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on May 20, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on May 20, 2012. Defendant B was sentenced to one and half years of imprisonment with prison labor for attempted robbery, etc. at Seoul High Court on May 20, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on May 14, 201.

2. Criminal facts;

A.
