The owner or user of a private-use truck shall not provide or lease such private-use truck commercially for transport purposes.

1. On February 28, 2014, Defendant A used the CJ-based 2 cargo vehicles, a private truck, in the CJ-based CJ-based CJ-based 270-ro, Chungcheongnam-gu, Gwangju, and transported CJ-based vessels at a cost, at KRW 750 per case, using the HJ-based 2 cargo vehicles.

2. Defendant B, around 07:20 on February 28, 2014, the Defendant used the CJ Korea Port Authority located in 270-ro, Samju-gu, Gwangju, a private truck, within KRW 750 per case, and transported CJ-based vessels at a cost, using the International Poter 2 lower-class, a private truck and 750 won per case.

3. On February 28, 2014, at around 07:20, Defendant C transported CJ-based cargo vehicles in the CJ-ro 270 roads, which are private-use cargo vehicles, at KRW 750 per case, and transported CJ-based vessels, using J-based two cargo vehicles.

4. Defendant D, around 07:20 on February 28, 2014, at CJ-ro 270-ro, Chungcheongnam-gu, Gwangju Northern District, Defendant CJ-ro, using the CJ-ro 2 Seocho-gu, a private truck, and 750 won per case, transported CJ-ro vessels at KRW 750 per case.

5. Defendant E, around February 28, 2014, at the CJ Korea Port on the 270-ro, Samju-gu, Gwangju Northern District on February 28, 2014, the Defendant used Lpoter 2 internal cargo vehicles, a private truck, to transport CJ-si vessels with 750 won per case.

6. Defendant F, around February 28, 2014, at CJ-ro 270-ro, CJ-ro, Gwangju Northern District on February 28, 2014, Defendant F transported CJ-ro, 750 won per case, using a private truck, thereby receiving KRW 750 per cJ-ro.

7. Defendant G, around 07:20 on February 28, 2014, the Defendant transported CJ-type vessels at the CJ-based CJ-ro 270 roads, a private truck, at KRW 750 per case, using NY 2 Seocho-ro 2 Seocho-ro 2, a private truck.
