A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Nos. 1 and 2 of the seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.
Punishment of the crime
On April 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny from the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on April 28, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on January 4, 2018.
[Criminal facts]
1. A defendant who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. shall not trade, arrange for the trade of, give or receive, possess, possess, use, manage, prepare, administer, or provide, a stroke-mm, which is a local mental medicine, because he/she is not a person handling narcotics;
A. On October 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) administered a stroke-type medication in a stroke-type B room in Daegu-ro, Daegu-ro, Daegu-ro, 541-36, as at 20:30 on October 1, 2017; and (b) was administered in a stroke-type manner, a stroke-type drug possessed by C in the same room, using a stroke-type method with water.
In addition, from October 1, 2017 to October 6, 2017, the Defendant administered 6 stroke-mm in total at least six times, as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes.
B. On October 7, 2017, the Defendant, from around 20:30 on October 28, 2017 to around 20:30 on October 28, 2017, received 6 stroke m and 0.09 g of stroke m and 0.09 g of stroke m, a stroke m in the same room, from the Daegu detention center located in the above paragraph (a).
2. On February 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed gate in front of the residence of the victim E in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) intruded into a closed gate and opened it as a plan; and (c) opened a closed gate, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 140,00,000, in cash, KRW 280,000, and KRW 10,000,000.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by intrusion upon the victim's residence.
3. On February 7, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, purchased tobacco 1 A using a stolen debit card owned by E, such as the aforementioned 2, from “H” operated by a victim of the name in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
