On May 3, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Changwon District Court on March 29, 2008 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Prison on March 29, 2008.

1. The Defendant was selected as a beneficiary under the National Basic Living Security Act, and was able to pretend that he lost ability to work by forging a medical certificate of a doctor to receive livelihood benefits, housing benefits, and medical benefits.

On April 4, 2008, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Jinju-si, prepared and copied the letter “LIVIV, CIDHOSS (liver)” in the column for future treatment opinion, “I need medical treatment and stability due to chronic infection. I need medical treatment and stability for at least one year in the future,” written and copied the letter “F” in the column for the number of medical certificates copied, written “E” in the name column for the doctor’s license, and stamped the stamp.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the Defendant forged one medical certificate in the name of doctor E with respect to a certificate of fact, and submitted a false medical certificate to a public official in charge of social welfare who is unable to know his/her name of forgery at the G community service center in Jinju on the same day and exercised it as if it were duly formed

On July 22, 2009, the Defendant forged a private document and the uttering of a falsified private document: “F” and “E” are written in the column for the number of medical certificates issued on the date of issuance, and copied the words “F” and “209-07-22” in the column for the number of medical certificates reproduced in a computer at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (1) at the same time as the foregoing paragraph (1); and the seal of the above E was stamped in his name.

As a result, the defendant forges a medical certificate in the name of doctor E related to a certificate of fact for the purpose of exercising, and on the same day, the G community service center may not know the forgery.
