1. The defendant among the first floor of the real estate listed in the attached list, the attached drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7, and 7.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 25, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the terms of lease deposit 25 million won, monthly rent 2.9 million won (excluding value-added tax), and July 25, 2016, with the lease deposit 2.5 million won from July 25, 2016 to July 25, 2018, on April 18, 2017, with the lease deposit 25 million won, monthly rent 2.65 million won (excluding value-added tax), monthly rent 2.65 million won (excluding value-added tax), and the lease agreement was amended from April 25, 2017 to April 25, 2017.

(hereinafter “instant lease agreement” in combination with the above lease agreement. (B)

The defendant entered into the instant lease agreement with the plaintiff, and therefore, the defendant moved to a special agreement without the conditions of relocation even during the contract period.

C. The Defendant paid 25 million won to the Plaintiff according to the instant lease agreement. Since that time, the Defendant occupied and used the instant real estate while operating the Vice Minister of Indoor Affairs in the instant real estate.

On April 30, 2018, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the rejection of renewal due to reconstruction of the instant real estate, which reaches the Defendant on the same day.

E. On March 9, 2015, the Korea Housing Reconstruction and Improvement Project Association (hereinafter “DB”) was established on March 9, 2015 pursuant to the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) to implement the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing Reconstruction and Improvement Project, and the real estate in the attached Table is located in the said project implementation district.

The head of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government approved the project implementation plan on July 13, 2016 to the non-party partnership, and approved the management and disposition plan on December 21, 2017 (hereinafter “instant management and disposition plan”), and on December 28, 2017.
