A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall exchange or arrange the exchange of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products, and shall distribute or use game products with contents different from those of the rating.
From December 24, 2014 to July 22, 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided six computer units in Asan City “CPC” located in B; and (b) exchanged the game money to KRW 10,000 per 10,000 per 10,000 p.m., unlike the contents of the rating of “Doldol”, a game product rated in an indirect charging form to acquire game money through purchase of Abadol; and (c) exchanged the game money into KRW 10,000 per 10,000.
