Punishment of the crime
On October 27, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.068% of blood alcohol concentration at around 09:50 on October 27, 2012, operated BKan-kin car in the section of approximately 5km from the 342-1th World Apartment, Nam-gu, Incheon to the roads front of the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City 239-1 LPG charging station.
