Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of pleadings as to the statement Nos. 1 through 6, the Plaintiff purchased 100,000 square meters (hereinafter “the instant subject matter”) from the Defendant on October 19, 2005 from the Defendant as KRW 400,000 per square meter (40,000,000), and the Defendant shall entrust the Defendant with the registration of ownership transfer at the time of payment of the remainder, and the Defendant shall carry out the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer to the Plaintiff and deliver the subject matter of the instant sale to the Defendant on the grounds that the ownership transfer was not carried out under the name of KRW 5,000,000,000,000,000,000 for KRW 30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won under the name of KRW 1,65,000,00,000,00.
