1. The Defendant’s payment order against the Plaintiff was issued against the Plaintiff on February 22, 2012, 2012.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff to indicate the claim is entitled to exclude the enforcement force of the payment order under Paragraph (1) of the above Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act, since all of the debt and enforcement expenses arising from the payment order of this case have been repaid.
