The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

After the Defendant filed an appeal against the lower judgment on December 21, 2012, and on July 18, 2013, the Defendant did not submit the appellate brief within 20 days from the deadline for submitting the appellate brief, even though the Defendant received a lawful notification of the receipt of the trial records by public notice from this court, and the Defendant did not submit the appellate brief within the period for submitting the appellate brief. Moreover, the appellate brief does not contain any grounds for ex officio examination even if examining the record, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
