Reasons

1. On April 16, 2012, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) on July 16, 2012, leased KRW 40 million to the Defendant with the due date set as of July 16, 2012; and (b) on the claim for damages for delay; (c) by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
