"2018 Highest 2346" Defendant was aware of his/her knowledge at ordinary times.

B accepted a proposal from B through B to receive money from a person on the photograph sent to a place known to him/her by using a conversation called “B” and “E”, and to receive money from a person on the photograph sent to another place, or to transfer money to a person to exchange.

1. On July 5, 2018, the Defendant received USD 50,000,000 from the F apartment complex in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with knowledge of the fact that the Malaysia was stolen from the victim G’s residence, USD 27,510,000, USD 20,000, and USD 20,000 in cash, and transported the stolen goods to the account designated by the said B, etc. from the IC located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day, to the J who sent the said B, with knowledge of the fact that the Malaysia was stolen from the victim’s residence, and transported the stolen goods to the money exchange designated by the said B, etc.

2. On July 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) had been aware of the fact that the Malaysia was stolen from the victim G’s residence; (b) had the U.S. dollars amounting to KRW 50,000,000,000, which was then transported the stolen goods to the Chinese account and the Korean account designated by the said B through an indeption transfer suit in Gyeonggi-do; and (c) had the victim transported the stolen goods to the Chinese account and the Korean account.
