1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;
2. However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who has had a history of voluntary stay in Japan in the past, who has returned home voluntarily, and has not had a certain occupation.
1. On September 17, 1992, the Defendant: (a) illegally staying in Korea after entering Japan as a tourism qualification; (b) returned home upon voluntary declaration on December 25, 199; and (c) thereafter, sought money from Japan again; (d) however, it is difficult to re-enter Japan in a normal way.
The purpose of this study was to make a false judgment and to illegally leave the country by using a forged passport.
On April 200, the Defendant paid 30,000,000 won to the 5,000,000 won in advance of the name of the 30th and the 5,000,000 won in advance of the 30th and the 5,000,000 won in advance of the name of the 30th and the 5,00,000 won in advance of the arrival of Japan, and provided that his photograph to the above person with no name.
Accordingly, the Defendant, at the same time and place, had the person who was absent from the above name, removed the photographs of B passport (n, C life, passport number:D) in the name of the above defendant in an irregular manner and forged one passport by means of replacing the photographs of the above defendant.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a Korean passport issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
2. On July 9, 200, the Defendant: (a) obtained a forged passport manufactured in the same manner as Paragraph (1) from an unqualified person at an international passenger terminal located in the city of Jung-gu, Busan, Busan; (b) presented the falsified passport to the public official conducting departure inspections who was aware of the forged fact at the departure examination site located in the above terminal as if the above forged passport was duly formed; and (c) exercised the departure inspection after undergoing the departure inspection.
3. Korean nationals who intend to depart from the Republic of Korea outside the Republic of Korea shall have a valid passport;
