The prosecution is dismissed.

Reasons

At around 22:20 on April 10, 2019, the Defendant reported the victim D (the age of 61) who helps the street store in Songpa-gu Seoul, and assaulted the victim by stating that "n't want to go to the street," while gathering the victim's eye and selling the part of the victim's eye with drinking.
