The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. At the entrance of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment on January 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on the ground that the victim C (the age of 61) was parked without registering the vehicle at the apartment management office, and (b) took a bath to the victim, the victim was able to take the shape of the Defendant’s vehicle from a car using a handphone, and the victim was able to take a bath to the victim, and the victim was pushed the victim over the floor.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention that he does not want the punishment of the defendant.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
