The Defendant is a captain who is solely responsible for the operation and operation of C (26 tons, neck lines), a fishing vessel with the type of the shipment of the same paragraph, at the time of the port of China.

From June 3, 2016 to June 4, 2016, the Defendant captured a total of 15 times, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and engaged in fishing within the territorial sea of the Republic of Korea.

1. The Defendant re-offending the criminal history of a fine of KRW 20 million for the same kind of crime, despite the relevant legal provisions, Articles 7(1) and 5(2)10 of the Act of the Territorial Sea and Contiguous Zone, and the reason for sentencing of a sentence of imprisonment.

The criminal liability is heavy in the location where the defendant makes the final decision on the ship such as the decision of the place of operation as the captain of the fishing vessel and the direction of work for the crew.
