1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 43,604,400 won and the period from March 30, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons

2. Grounds for recognition: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: The part on which a claim for delay damages exceeds the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019 among claims for delay damages pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019).
