1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff KRW 12% per annum from August 8, 2018 to April 3, 2019, and from the next day.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff to be indicated in the claim is the transferee of the claim for indemnity which is established by the judgment of Cheongju District Court 2008Da23255, and files the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the above claim.
