Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
At around 15:40 on September 5, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a car, driven B Poter truck from approximately 1 km away from the front side of the south wood located in the Mayang-Eup in the lightyang-do, to the tin ginseng distance located in the same Ri.
