1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,330,725 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 25, 2011 to the day of full payment.
Reasons

(However, among the causes of the same claim, the "creditor" is changed to "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" is changed to "Defendant", respectively. The claim against the debtor B was decided by service by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
