The defendant entered a restaurant without the intention to pay the price and put the food in place, and then received a request for the payment of the price, he saw that the defendant, who is in charge of the disturbance, was able to interfere with the business of the restaurant without paying the price.

1. Around 10:00 on April 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an act as if he did not have the ability or intent to pay the purchase price in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, which is located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and (b) obtained a total of KRW 123,500,000, including the provision of food and alcohol equivalent to the market price of KRW 10,000 from the victim, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

In response to withdrawal, the Defendant, at the time, place specified in Paragraph 1, and after eating food, expressed the victim D (at the age of 32)’s mother, who is demanded to pay the price, and reported the said victim’s “I wish to report only once.” However, the victim’s phrase “I wish to continue to take a bath, sound, and put the customers in the said restaurant for about one hour without complying therewith, and prevented other customers from entering the restaurant.

As above, the defendant does not habitually leave the victim without any justifiable reason.

The victims did not comply with the Gu, interfere with the victim's restaurant business by force, and did not comply with the legitimate request for eviction over 12 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, and interfered with the victims' work over 20 times.

3. On March 22, 2015, at around 23:57, the Defendant suffering from a structure: (a) the victim G in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F was managed by the victim G; (b) the Defendant sleeped from a small wave, which is coming from the 5th floor through the entrance to the entrance to the 5th floor; and (c) the Defendant sleep in front of the elevator

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the building managed by the victim.
