2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

B On May 29, 2014, the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries newly established a wholesale market for fishery products in B (hereinafter “instant wholesale market”) with approval from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries pursuant to Article 17(4) of the Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products (hereinafter “Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products”) on May 29, 2014.

On July 31, 2014, pursuant to the Agricultural and Fishery Marketing Act and the Enforcement Rule of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Management and Operation of Fishery Products Wholesale Market, the Defendant publicly announced the designation of the wholesale market corporation of the instant wholesale market, and the main contents of which are as follows:

1. The number of designated wholesale market corporations: A corporation of fisheries category;

3. The term of validity of designation of wholesale market corporations: Five years;

5. Qualification requirements and selection criteria.

(a) Qualification requirements: Corporations meeting the qualification requirements referred to in Article 23 (3) of the Agricultural and Fishery Marketing Act;

A disposition to permit the use and profit-making of the instant wholesale market and the land category of one-class G-related shop located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu: Large area: 12,282 square meters: The structure of the building in Daejeon Metropolitan City: the light-framed structure and steel reinforced concrete structure.
