1. The Defendant’s 64,300,000 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from April 29, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff used a loan of KRW 23.8 million to the Defendant on February 28, 2009, KRW 5 million on June 10, 201, KRW 200 million on June 1, 2012, KRW 17.1 million on July 17, 2012, KRW 20 million on May 30, 2013, KRW 42.8 million on April 30, 2014, and among them, the Plaintiff used a loan of KRW 23.8 million on April 30, 2014.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a total of KRW 64.3 million (i.e., KRW 5 million, KRW 20 million, KRW 20 million, KRW 23.8 million) and damages for delay.
2. Judgment deeming the confession based on recognition (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
