1. The defendant shall pay 43,800,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 6, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On the ground that the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 45,00,000 to the Defendant, KRW 358,800,000 on June 23, 2016, KRW 45,000 on October 4, 2017, and KRW 30,000 on August 5, 2018, and KRW 433,80,000 on a loan to the Defendant and the payment for delay thereof is sought by the judgment based on the deemed-founded confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
