C A clan is required to elect a similar (representative) with the consent of a majority of the members of the clan in accordance with its rules, and the defendant was not elected as a representative pursuant to the above regulations, and rather, he did not attend the clan religious services for about 20 years with the clans and did not exchange with the clans without any exchange.

The Defendant, who was in his own possession of 1,844 square meters in the Jeonyang-gun, Jeonyang-gun, the said clan owned by the Defendant, was willing to receive land expropriation compensation from the Korea Rural Community Corporation, as if the Defendant was the representative of the said clan, even though the Defendant was not the representative of the said clan.

Accordingly, with the aim of exercising authority, the Defendant is entitled to gather the qualification of the representative of the clan C, and the application for the transfer of ownership, which is a private document concerning rights and duties.
