1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 27, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” respectively. 2. A judgment by service by publication based on the grounds (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
