1. The Defendant’s KRW 58,00,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from December 11, 2018 to August 23, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) On January 2, 201, Defendant C and Defendant 2 were subject to the withdrawal of the lawsuit. (3) On January 2, 201, Defendant C and Defendant 2 (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of Civil Procedure Act)

3. Recognizing 5% per annum under the Civil Act and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day until the delivery date of a copy of the complaint, and the remainder of the delay damages
