Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on August 20, 2016, filed a claim for reimbursement of KRW 190,000,000 as lease deposit and the long-term repair appropriations paid on behalf of the Defendant, the owner of whom are the owner, following the expiration of the lease agreement concluded with the Defendant with the Defendant on August 20, 2016, as well as KRW 3,00,000 as the long-term repair appropriations paid on behalf of the Defendant.
