1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and the interest rate from June 4, 2010 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: On June 4, 2010, under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties, a claim is filed against the debtor and the guarantor for the payment of KRW 30,000,000 which was set as the due date on January 31, 201 and lent to Defendant B at the rate of 24% per annum (2%) on January 31, 201.
