(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “The Plaintiff shall claim a return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent from the date of the first pleading to October 5, 2015, the date of completion of the statement, and damages for delay equivalent to the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., from the day after the delivery of the duplicate of the complaint to the day of full payment.”
