Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
At around 10:50 on January 12, 2020, the Defendant driven a Epoter II cargo vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.083% in the section of about 2km from the front of the Gyeonggi-si B to the front of the “D” road located in the same city C.
