1. The Defendant calculated 15% per annum with respect to KRW 40,000,00 to the Plaintiff from June 17, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

(a) The reasons for the claim are as shown in the annex;

B. However, the Attached Form No. 6 stated that “a creditor shall have a claim for the purchase price or a claim for the refund of ownership based on sale and purchase against the debtor,” but the cause of the claim was arranged as the claim for the purchase price based on the sales contract at the first date for pleading.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
