1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,700,000 as well as 20% per annum from July 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The outstanding amount and damages for delay remaining after deducting the settlement amount of KRW 43,00,000 from the total work cost of 73,700,000,000 for the first earth strawing construction and soil strawing construction work (for Jeju, 985-1 and 1 piece of land) contracted to the Plaintiff by the Defendant indicating the claim; and
