In the process of paying the outstanding amount for the price of delivered goods generated while working in a lot system and its affiliated business, the Defendant was willing to provide the company with the right to claim the return of the deposit for lease deposit under the name of the wife F, which entered into a divorce lawsuit in the name of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, which entered into a contract under the name of the wife F, at the time of the divorce lawsuit.

1. Around June 11, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) indicated that “F Q Q (A building 301) building C in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, and (b) transferred to the assignee the name of “N (R) Incheon, Nam-gu S 1502 Dong 3401”; (c) in the indication column of the transfer claim, “N (R) CB 301 in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the location of the object; (d) lessor D, lessee, 126,00,000, and (d) February 25, 2015, the term of contract was indicated as “the date when the former transferor (Lessee) affixed a separate contract to the third obligor (leased) in accordance with the separate contract form; and (d) assigned the seal to the assignee as of 47,000,000 won in lieu of the assignee’s debt repayment; and (e) transferred the seal to the assignee as of June 13, 2014.

The Defendant continued to transfer KRW 47,00,000, out of the claim for return of the lease deposit at the same time and place, and prepared a notice of assignment of claim to N, and signed the name of F at the bottom thereof and affixed a seal thereto.

As a result, the Defendant, with the aim of exercising authority, forged the F’s transfer/acquisition contract and the notice of assignment of claims in the name of F, a private document.

2. At the same time and place as the above paragraph (1) above, the defendant has completed the above contract with the attorney-at-law in charge of notarial acts who is not aware of the fact of the above Article.
