A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and suspension of qualifications for a year.
However, the above imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. All facts;
A. On December 10, 197, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for the crime of violation of the National Security Act (e.g., obscenity, etc.) at the Daejeon District Court on the grounds of the crime committed by the Defendant. On May 7, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for fraud in the Daejeon District Court’s astronomical Branch of the Daejeon District Court on May 7, 2001. On July 3, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for fraud, etc.
B. In 197, the Defendant served as the president of the South Korean University Federation of Students D, 200 to 2006, the president of the division or the secretary general of the South Korean side headquarters E (hereinafter “E”) as a dual organization, from around 2005 to around 2006, the president of the South Korean side headquarters’s supporters’ association from around 2006 to around 2008, and the vice president of the South Korean side headquarters of the South Korean Federation of Workers’ Association from around 2010 to around 2012.
The Defendant, while working as the secretariat of the South Korean Job Association, provided financial support, based on the funds raised through the exercise of membership fees or fund-raising purpose by members of the E Job Association in accordance with the activity policy of the E Job Association called “E and the public bridge, emotional sponsor, E, E’s moral and dynamic interest to E, and E’s financial support.”
In addition, while the defendant act as the secretary general of the Seoul Central Headquarters, the South Korean counterpart headquarters Article 25 (Central Execution Committee) of the E's Operational Rules is composed of the chairperson, the executive officer of each regional sector, the secretary general, the secretary general, the deputy director, the chairperson of each task, and the chairperson of each special subcommittee.
2) The Central Executive Committee shall enforce the decisions of the General Assembly and the Chairperson, and deliberate on the agenda to be presented to the meeting of the Chairperson.
3) Regular meetings shall be held once a month and may be held temporarily as necessary.
Pursuant to this, a decision of the meeting of the Chairperson as a central executive member shall be executed or presented to the meeting of the Chairperson.
