1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 17, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, as a licensed real estate agent, assisted the Defendant to purchase a newly constructed building by Non-Party D’s comprehensive construction company (hereinafter “non-party D’s company”) at the Defendant’s request, and the Defendant and the non-party company mediated the purchase contract of KRW 12.1 billion on January 6, 2014 with respect to the building B’s land in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of concluding a sales contract of KRW 45 million, the unpaid balance of KRW 42 million out of the contract brokerage commission, and damages for delay from the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case.
