1. Facts of recognition;
A. The parties concerned are the spouses of the deceased A (hereinafter “the deceased”), and the plaintiffs C and D are the children of the deceased.
The defendant is a company that aims at insurance business, etc.
B. On November 28, 2007, Plaintiff B entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant on November 28, 2007, setting the insured as indicated in the attached list as statutory heir, beneficiary of the beneficiary of the death, and the insurance period from November 28, 2007 to November 28, 2045, and entered into a non-dividend professional benefit insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
The main contents of the terms and conditions applicable to the above insurance contract are as shown in attached Form.

Despite such continuous treatment, the status of the upper part of the medical treatment was not improved.
3 The Deceased was diagnosed on January 29, 2013 as a result of the organizational examination on the upper part of the upper part of the left part of the deceased.
